NOW Remove the Connector Tube From the Cummins CR Without Damaging the Threads.

Use the right tool and reuse your Cummins crossover tubes when changing to performance injectors.

The common way of removing the Cummins CR crossover tube is to use a pair of Vise Grips. Sure, it works, but you risk damaging the threads! Wreck one injector tube and you will pay for this tool - the first time!

We met many of you at the diesel events. We always ask what tools or performance parts you need. You asked for it and here it is.  An easy way  to remove the Cummins CR injector tube.

The only other tool on the market leaves a lot to be desired. First off, the diameter is small which is difficult to use and the female threads are only 3/8" deep. We tried the tool, and honestly can't figure how it works.  Secondly, you can't use the tool as a jackscrew because the tool only screws on 3/8". The CRCTR010 tool features a large knurled head that gives you something to pry against for those really stuck injector tubes.

The  CRCTR010 Cummins diesel connector tube remover is the only tool that works every single time. Turn the tool onto the injector tube. When the tool touches the head surface, turn the tool a few more times and the connecor tube is removed - undamaged! No damaged threads. New Cummins diesel CR connector tubes cost more than $35.00 each. The  CRCTR010 will pay for itself the first time you use it!

The Tork Tool can also be used as an injector tube installer. Assemble the tool onto the Cummins connector tube and tap with a rubber mallet and your done! (many times finger pressure is all that is needed)

CUMMINS GEAR REMOVER   VE , P7100 OR VP44 INJECTION PUMPS

Removing the gear from a VE, P7100 or VP44 injection pump requires a specialized tool. Sure, you can cobble a pry bar or shade tree tool, but do you want to risk wrecking your expensive injection pump?

Tork Tool is the leader in designing tools for the Cummins 5.9 and 6.7 diesel. (Duramax is next) We make injector pullers, valve spring compressors and now gear pullers.

How do you tell if the gear puller you want to buy is a quality tool? Look at the fit and finish! Is it a torch cut tool or is it accurately machined? Are the slots and outer diameter torch cut and ratty? Are there half drilled holes on the outside of the part? This design flaw puts an added side thrust on the bolts.

Tork Teknology's injection pump gear puller is machined from pre-harden billet steel and the hole locations are within .001. (that's 1/3 the thickness of a human hair) The CGP010 has three sets of holes. One each for the VE, P pump and the VP44. They double plate the puller so it doesn't rust. Even the hardened fasteners are plated!

Their injection pump gear puller is shipped in a reclosable bag to keep all the parts together AND you get instructions. Sounds like a good buy to me!! I think you will agree that the CGP010 is a good deal and less costly.

If you need a gear puller for the CP3, check out their CGP020 .

89-93 5.9L 12V Dodge Cummins Injection Pump Gear Puller

Tork Teknology specializes in designing and manufacturing tools for the Cummis 5.9 and 6.7 diesel. (The Duramax is next) Our lastest tool is the CGP020 injection pump gear puller for the Bosch VE, P7100, VP-44 and CP3. Yes, it will work with all four pumps, and it's improved.

Before we produce a new tool, we spend a lot of time in testing. What we found (from Evan at Martins Repair in West Virginia) was the currently produced tool can bend the sheet metal front cover on CP3 equipped engines. There just isn't enough clearance between the tool and the cover. If you weren't very careful, you would have to remove the cover and hammer out the dents. If you didn't fix the cover, you had an oil leaker.

We solved that problem by machining a deeper step on the puller to provide MORE clearance. The step is an additional .075 deeper. That amount makes the difference between a quick pump replacement and a long weekend fixing sheet metal. That's the care we put into every product we manufacture.

The other improvements are not so obvious. We made the Cummins gear remover out of pre-hard material instead of cheap cold rolled steel. Sure that costs more. but you get a quality tool that will last a lifetime. Second, we have the tool double plated so it doesn't rust! Try that will a black oxide tool. If you don't keep a coating of oil on the tool, she is going to rust. Our plated tool doesn't rust.

CUMMINS INJECTOR PULLER

CIP010

* PULLS 1989 TO 1993 CUMMINS 5.9 INJECTORS FAST !

* QUICKLY REMOVES STUCK INJECTORS!

* THREE MODELS TO CHOOSE FROM

Did you ever wish there was an easier way to remove Cummins injectors? The Tork Tool Injector Puller is the answer to pulling stuck injectors FAST! This heavy duty tool was designed to remove Cummins 5.9 injectors without damaging the injector ball or indent groove in the head. This tool will remove even the most rusted injectors.

We designed this handy tool to replace the pry bar and slide hammer method. If you are not careful, the pry bar method can damage the indent groove in the head. The slide hammer is pricey and doesn't do a good job on #5 and #6 injectors. There is not enough room to use the slide hammer under the cowl.

Replacement of a Dodge diesel injector is fast and easy! To use, assemble the injector puller onto the injector. Place the tube over the injector body, followed by the hardened washer and nut. Tighten the nut and even the most stubborn injector will pop right out. GUARANTEED!

INEXPENSIVE HEAVY DUTY TOOL

This heavy duty tool is made from heavy wall tube. We custom make hardened washers to fit each injector size. The hardened nuts are made for us, as off the shelf items don't exist.  We could have used cheap unhardened nuts, but chose the higher priced items, because diesel owners demand the best. This tool will last a lifetime. All parts are plated and feature a second process to keep the tool rust free.

The CIP010 injector puller will pull the small injectors from 89 to 93 only. The CIP020 works on the large injectors from 1994 to 98. The CIP030 is for 1989 to 98 engines with small and large injectors. Detailed instructions are included in the kit.

GUARANTEED TO PULL YOUR INJECTORS

All of our problem solving products feature a 45 day money back return policy. We guarantee that you will pull your injectors with our tool or you get your money back. Tork Teknology 100% satisfaction guarantee.

NOW YOU CAN COMPRESS BOTH VALVE SPRINGS ON YOUR CUMMINS 12 VALVE, AT THE SAME TIME!

The first ever valve spring compressor designed for the Cummins 12 valve.

The wait is over. Tork Tool has succesfully designed the first tool to compress the valve springs on your Cummins 12V, at the same time!

How would you like to replace your valve springs on your Cummins 12V in half the time? I know I would. Tork Teknology is constantly looking for new ways to get the job done faster, cheaper or better. The Tork Tool CVSC020 sure qualifies as faster and quicker.

As you performance guys know, the only way to compress the Cummins 5.9 valve springs is to use a Lisle or KD tool. They are fine tools but require twice the work because you have to do one valve at a time. The problem gets worse when you tackle number 5 and 6 cylinders. The limited room under the cowl makes it difficult to use these tools in this confined space. The CVSC020 is only one inch taller than the valve springs, which gives you more room to work, on the back two cylinders. And you can replace your Cummins performance valve springs in half the time!

The tool may look simple but it's a heavy duty, highly engineered tool. The most difficult part of the design process was getting the locations correct and provide clearance for the valve springs. I have to thank my son Curtis, who spent several hours, working out the trig formulas.

The real beauty of this tool is the tapered cones on the top plate. Installation of the keepers is super easy, even on #5 and #6 cylinders. You simply adjust the height of the plate, place a keeper on the ramp, and slide the keeper onto the valve stem. IT DOESN'T GET ANY EASIER THAN THAT!!

This is what you get in the CVSC020 kit. One machined bridge and top plate, mounting hardware and a 6mm Allen wrench along with complete instructions.  The tool will pay for itself in time savings alone!

Cummins Valve Spring Compressor for the Hamilton Cams Valve Springs/Retainers.

NEW DESIGN FEATURES AN ALUMINUM TOP COMPRESSOR PLATE

NOW YOU CAN COMPRESS BOTH VALVE SPRINGS ON YOUR CUMMINS 12 VALVE, AT THE SAME TIME!

Tork Teknology  worked with Zach to design a valve spring compressor made specifically for his retainer design. The CVSC020 didn't work well as the raised portion of his retainer interfered with the compressor plate. The keeper angle and diameter is different than a stock Cummins retainer.

CUMMINS 14MM FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE SNUBBER

* SNUBBER ELIMINATES GAUGE NEEDLE BOUNCE

* USE ON ANY FUEL SYSTEM WITH A 14MM X 1.5 THREAD

* FASTER INSTALLATION THAN A NEEDLE VALVE

Now, it's easier than ever to install a fuel pressure gauge on your Cummins diesel! If you want to install a fuel pressure gauge on a 94 to 98 Cummins, you have to use a needle valve to dampen the pressure spikes from your fuel pump. NOT ANYMORE!

 DAMPENS PRESURE SPIKES FOR ACCURATE READINGS
Here's the reason why you need a pressure snubber. The lift pump on your Cummins diesel is nothing more than a piston pump, similar to a pressure washer pump. During the pumping cycle, the pressure rises rapidly to 50 to 60 PSI. On the return stroke of the piston, the pressure drops to 10 to 15 PSI. This has been checked with accurate pressure gauges. The pumping cycles produces gauge needle bounce. In fact, your fuel pressure gauge will never smooth out, regardless of RPM. That's why you need a Tork Tek gauge snubber.

 SNUBBER ELIMINATES GAUGE NEEDLE BOUNCE

We engineered the gauge snubber at the same time as the Tork Tek adjustable overflow valve. During the early days of developing the overflow valve, it became clear that our expensive test gauges would be destroyed without a way to dampen the violent pressure spikes of the Cummins lift pump. The CBS010 eliminated the needle bounce and saved our test gauges.

Inside the snubber, and impossible to photograph, is a micro calibrated restrictor made specifically for the 94 to 98 Cummins diesel (5.9 and 8.3). The restrictor dampens the pressure spikes from the Cummins lift pump, so your fuel pressure gauge will last! The hole size is a precise balance between gauge response and dampening effect. The restrictor tolerance is .0008. (8 ten thousands of an inch)

MAKES GAUGE INSTALLATION EASY

On one end of the CBS010 snubber is an 1/8" female pipe thread for fuel pressure testing or permanent gauge installations. Unlike other models of presuure snubbers, our fitting does not require expensive adapters! It will install directly on your P7100. By installing the snubber directly on the inlet of the your P pump, you will get the most accurate readings.

At Tork Teknology, we plate the snubber in a high quality rust resistant coating. We don't take short cuts that minimize quality! Plating is a more expensive process, but it's worth it. Your new gauge snubber will look great and remain rust free for many years.

Included with the snubber are detailed instructions and banjo seal washers. If you are going to install a fuel pressure gauge on your P pump, do it right with a Tork Tek Cummins Banjo Snubber. The CBS010 snubber will also work on any diesel that has a 14MM x 1.5 thread.

Every product we make is covered by a 45 day return policy. You must be 100% satisfied or you get your money back. Order yours today and see how smooth your pressure gauge can be.
