        We do our best to ship all items the same day the order is placed. Please keep in mind that ground shipping may take 7-10 business days, though some parts may arrive sooner. Painted gauge pods and other custom requests may take longer. Stacks also usually take 5-7 business days to ship. Please keep this in mind when ordering them with express shipping.

        Please call us for estimated ground shipping time to your location. Please don't assume that the product will automatically ship from our home office in Wisconsin. There are cases where we ship factory direct and not all our products ship from WI and that orders with multiple items may come in multiple shipments from multiple locations. The invoice provided when you place your order serves as your receipt. Do not expect any invoice or paperwork to be in the box other than possibly a packing list.

        Unless otherwise specified, we ship all packages with a signature required for delivery. All orders out of the U.S. or over $1000.00 require signatures also. If you have specific instructions please make a note in the "Order Comments" field you see on the order form.

    IMPORTANT: If you note “no signature required for delivery” on your order, any insurance claims for damaged/stolen goods from your doorstep that are not honored by the shipping carrier is NOT our responsibility. We will not cover the cost!

If an air package is delayed due to adverse weather or other "acts of god" we cannot refund your shipping cost.

We are not responsible for any MECHANIC'S FEES or REPAIR FEES due to parts delays or parts installations.

You are responsible for any fees due for changes made to the delivery address after the product has shipped.

        Please check the following before ordering:
    That you’ve checked the part description thoroughly. Some parts either need to be manufactured for your application or assembled before they are shipped out.
    That your shipping address is correct. We hold no responsibility for lost, misdirected or late shipments due to incorrect labeling on your part.

         **Any address corrected by a shipping carrier will result in a $12.00 charge to your credit card.**

Order Cancellation/Refusal Policy:   
         Cancellations are not accepted through email, fax, or voice-mail message. You must speak directly to a technical sales representative to have your order cancellation confirmed. All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. Cancellation requests on items that have been shipped previous to the request are considered completed orders, and will be rejected. Some specialty items are not returnable/refundable/able to be canceled under any circumstances. Any situation out of the control of Pure Diesel Power LLC (weather, earthquakes, change of address, etc.) shall not subject orders to cancellation or return.

        **If you refuse a package without prior approval, a $15.00 refusal fee plus shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.**

     Fraud Procedures:

    Given the rise of fraudulent charges, we have no recourse but to initiate a very strict company policy on this matter. If our system triggers a hold on your account, you will be contacted and an account confirmation procedure will take place. When confirmed, the order will be released and it’s business as usual. If we find the order fraudulent we will cancel the order and all available information will be sent to a Fraud Protection Service for review.

Return Policy:

         To inquire about a certain product and its return policy, you may call  us at 715-254-1833 before purchase. Please check thoroughly that all  components are what you ordered and look to be in working order.


    →Any non-standard item that is manufactured or modified to a specific customer's needs.

→Any item modified or painted by the customer before or after part installation.

→Any Custom Painted item and Paint. (unless initially defective upon delivery)

    →Any emissions deleting/bypass piping hardware or software. This includes DPF delete kits.

    →Exhaust systems, down pipes, or other exhaust component after it has been installed.

    →Any  electronic components, sensors or parts if they have been installed on  the vehicle/computer. We will help you get them replaced if they are  DOA, but we cannot accept returned electronics otherwise. (unless  defective)

    →Items damaged due to abuse, misuse, or neglect will not be eligible for replacement or accepted for return.

    →Any item without a copy of the original invoice, return form, and RMA# unless other special arrangements have been made.

         If you receive a damaged product or it does not meet your expectations, please contact us here at Pure Diesel Power first for instructions on how to return the item(s).

        DO NOT SHIP ITEMS BACK TO THE RETURN ADDRESS ON THE BOX YOUR ITEMS CAME IN! Whether the part(s) are returned because the item is incorrect or defective, there will be a charge of $15.00 for sending the product to the incorrect address. There may also be a restocking fee charged, this could also delay your credit/refund if applicable.

         Opened items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the  packing slip, with any/all warranty cards, manuals and accessories and  shipping prepaid within 15 days of the original purchase date.

         It is the customer’s responsibility to follow-up on returns. We  recommend shipping your item with a traceable carrier. Once the item has  been delivered, please call us so we can verify everything is in order  and your credit will then be processed.

         If you initiate a CHARGE-BACK for any reason without contacting us first, you will AUTOMATICALLY be charged a $50.00 charge-back fee. Remember, you agree  to this when you place your order, and a copy of this agreement will be provided to your card company if you feel you are being charged $50.00 unjustly. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, charge-backs will be turned over to a collection agency. This will affect your credit rating.

    Returns Past 15 Days - Barring extenuating circumstances, we ONLY offer an in-store credit on returns 15 business days after delivery. We may, at our discretion refuse to authorize your return or charge a 25% restocking fee.

    Defective items - Any warranty claims for defective merchandise that occur after 30 days from the date of purchase must be handled between the customer and the manufacturer. We will do our best to support you after the sale, but we cannot accept returns on items that fail due to manufacturer defects. Some items can be exchanged through us if they are DOA or fail within 30 days.

    Tuners, Programmers, & Modules - If you are unhappy with a tuner, programmer, or module, you may return it for a full refund less shipping within 15 days of your purchase.

    Unopened Items - We will fully refund you for any unopened item (not listed below) for any reason within 15 days of the original purchase date. Shipping is not refundable.

    Cylinder Heads – We stand behind our machine work. If our machine work is deemed incorrect, you may at your expense return the cylinder head to us. We will then fix or replace the cylinder head if necessary. IF THE CYLINDER HEAD IS MODIFIED/MACHINED after it leaves our location, all warranties are void and the cylinder head is not returnable or refundable.

Return Policy on Specific Parts-

-Air to Water Intercooler Cores: All returned Air to water intercooler cores are subject to a 10% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

-Injection Lines: We do not accept any returns on custom or standard bent injection lines. They are covered under warranty for a period of 6 months and will be fixed at the manufacturers’ discretion if any leaks occur.

-Injectors: We do not accept any returns on injectors after they have been installed. If there is a defect and the issue is covered under warranty the consumer will need to deal directly with the injector manufacturer to resolve the issue. Injectors that have not been installed are returnable within the 15 day return policy but are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

**All Unlimited Diesel injectors are subject to a 20% restocking fee on non-installed returns**

-Smoke Stacks: All Grand Rock smoke stack branded items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions! Freight is not refundable!

-Harley Head Lights- Ford Harley head lights and headlight conversion kits are SPECIAL ORDER and are not returnable.

-CRYO'D Brake Rotors: If you order & receive the incorrect rotors, your order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

-South Bend Clutches: Any returned South Bend Clutches for any reason will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the re-boxing of the clutch, as the boxes are generally not re-usable after one shipment.


         Core is an acronym for (Cash on Return). Cores are rebuild-able parts that can usually be returned for a portion of their original purchase price. An acceptable core is one that is not broken or damaged beyond repair so that it can no longer be rebuilt to proper working condition.

We HIGHLY recommend adding insurance for at least as much as the core charge, along with requiring a signature or sending via trackable shipping method.

         CALL US FIRST TO CONFIRM THE CORE RETURN ADDRESS. IF YOU SEND IT HERE, WE WILL DEDUCT $15.00 OFF YOUR CORE REFUND. Many products are sent factory direct and must return to the factory for exchange or credit, so please DO NOT send them to our shop. Unless otherwise noted, customer is responsible for all shipping charges for core returns.

         Be sure to insure your items! If the package is damaged or destroyed and your returned item is in unacceptable resale condition, we will be unable to credit you. It is your responsibility to file the damage claim with the carrier.

         When is my credit card charged?

         Pure Diesel Power charges your credit card when you submit your order online. If there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by phone or email within 2 business days.

    International Customers:

         All international customers are responsible for paying 100% of any duties & or taxes and import/brokerage fees incurred when products are shipped out of the U.S.A. If these fees are not paid by the consumer at the time of delivery, they will be charged to Pure Diesel Power and then invoiced and billed to your credit card.

    Canadian customers:

          If desired, we can ship some items via USPS instead of UPS to save you some money on brokerage fees. Please call us before placing your order for an accurate shipping quote.

    We do our best to quote international shipping accurately, but our online shopping cart shipping calculator is not always 100% correct. If the ACTUAL cost of shipping exceeds what you paid, we will be in contact ASAP to verify if you approve any additional shipping cost. Other items, such as items that have free shipping, apply only to US customers, and we will contact you with a correct shipping quote to your location. If the extra cost is not agreeable, we are more than happy to refund and cancel your purchase.

    Price Match Policy:

         Pure Diesel Power will meet or beat any legitimate price to the best of our ability. If you see a price listed lower for an item you just purchased from us within 15 days, please email a working link if found online or fax a legible copy of the advertisement for verification purposes and we will issue you an in-store credit for the difference.
