If you are in a hurry to get your parts- Please email us, chat with us, text us, or call us at 715-254-1833 to confirm availability before placing your order. Availability on some products changes hourly and we are unable to reflect stock status on our site in real time.
  • Expedited orders, if in stock, will ship the same business day if ordered before 230CST. Call to confirm stock.
  • We will notify you of any order delays as soon as possible after your order is processed, generally by the next business day.
  • Weekend Delivery Shipping- Our store is NOT configured for them. If you need something delivered on a Saturday please call us to complete your order.
  • We need a physical address for most shipments. Entering a PO Box will cause a delay as we will need to contact you for a physical address.
  • All shipment related dates are in business days. If a product is ordered on a Friday (before our cutoff) with a 2nd day shipping method, you can expect it on Tuesday. Packages are not delivered or picked up on Federal holidays. 
  • Verify your shipping address. We hold no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or late shipments due to incorrectly entered information on your order. You are responsible for any fees due for changes made to the delivery address after the order has shipped. 
  • Expedited Order Shipping Quotes- Our shipping estimator may quote low in some cases on expedited shipments, especially if there are multiple items on your order. On rare occasions we may have to contact you after your purchase to get approval for additional shipping costs. We try to avoid this, but unfortunately, some shipments are not accurately quoted and we cannot absorb shipping overages. 
  • If you note “no signature required for delivery” on your order, any insurance claims for damaged/stolen goods from your doorstep that are not honored by the shipping carrier is NOT our responsibility. 
  • Shipping carriers are currently NOT guaranteeing delivery dates on expedited freight unless they are shipped via Next Day Air. Shipping delays due to natural weather conditions or other "acts of god" are out of the carrier's control and will not be refunded.
  • Please inspect your item(s) immediately after receipt. If an item is damaged upon receipt we need to know within 5 business days to file a shipping damage claim. "I just got around to opening the box" (6 months later) is not valid, we need to know right away if you want help with the situation. 
  • Orders placed on a weekend day will ship by Monday, worst case Tuesday if everything is in stock. We are closed all major holidays and weekends so keep this in mind if the order is urgent, call us before 3 p.m. (CST) on a business day to inquire on whether a shipment the same day if possible.
  • Due to California having stricter emissions laws, we cannot ship all items to California. We try to note as such on our site but we do miss certain items. If an item cannot ship to California we will notify you as soon as possible. 
  • Contact us for estimated standard shipping time to your location. Please don't assume that the order will automatically ship from our facility in Wisconsin. There are cases where we ship factory direct, and orders with multiple items may come in multiple shipments from multiple locations.
  • We are paperless. The invoice provided when you place your order serves as your receipt. Do not expect any invoice or paperwork to be in the box other than possibly a packing list.
  • We are not responsible for any REPAIR or VEHICLE RENTAL fees due to parts delays or parts issues.
    Shipping delays happen, parts get damaged, things happen. Sorry, but we aren't paying for your truck repairs, rental fees, etc. 
  • Address adjustments required after an order has shipped can cost up $25.00 per package to re-direct the shipment.
    The carriers charge this and we must pass this charge to you. Some carriers do not allow address corrections, so please ensure you enter the correct address when you place your order. 
  • Importing/brokerage fees that are incurred international orders will need to be paid by the customer before delivery in most cases.
  • Flat Rate Shipping and handling fee is $9.50 for addresses in the continental United States (AK, HI, PR, or any other US territories are not included in this rate as the are not in the continental 48 states). 
  • Refunds- May take 3-5 business days to process and appear back on your credit card or bank account.
  • Fleetguard quantities of 12 or more do not qualify for free shipping. We can generally give you a better deal on case quantity, however. Contact us for details.
Canadian Shipments:
We can change the shipping method to USPS to reduce some brokerage fees. Please call to get an estimated USPS shipping cost.

International  Shipments:

All international customers are responsible for paying 100% of any duties & or taxes and import/brokerage fees incurred. If these fees are not paid by the consumer at the time of delivery, they will be charged to Pure Diesel Power and then invoiced and billed to your credit card. We have the option to ship items via USPS instead of UPS to save you some money on brokerage fees. This would require the parts to be consolidated at our WI location and sent as one package which will increase the ship time by a week. Please call us before placing your order for an accurate shipping quote. We do our best to quote international shipping accurately, but our online shopping cart shipping calculator is not always 100% correct. If the ACTUAL cost of shipping exceeds what you paid, we will be in contact ASAP to verify if you approve any additional shipping cost. Other items, such as items that have free shipping, apply only to US customers, and we will contact you with a correct shipping quote to your location. If the extra cost is not agreeable, we are more than happy to refund and cancel your order.

Fraud Procedures:
   The rise of fraudulent charges has led us to implement this policy. If our system triggers a hold on your account, you will be contacted and an account confirmation procedure will take place. When confirmed, the order will be released and it’s business as usual. If we find the order fraudulent we will cancel the order and all available information will be sent to a Fraud Protection Service for review.

Order Cancellation/Refusal Policy:    

   Order cancellations are best handled via phone. Emails or voicemails are also acceptable, but may be delayed enough that your order may ship before we see the email or listen to the voicemail. Cancellation requests on items that have been shipped prior to the cancellation request are considered completed orders, and will be subject to return shipping costs, restocking fees, or both. In some circumstances, we cannot immediately cancel an order and credit your card because we need to confirm with the warehouse or manufacturer to be sure they haven't already shipped your item. Some specialty items are not returnable/refundable/able to be canceled under any circumstances. Any situation out of the control of Pure Diesel Power LLC (weather, earthquakes, change of address, etc.) shall not subject orders to cancellation or return. Order cancellations may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This covers the credit card fees and processing of your refund. 

        **If you refuse a package without prior approval, a $15.00 refusal fee plus outgoing & return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.**

Mis-shipped or missing items:

Although we do our best to send out the correct parts you ordered, errors can occur, and you may be missing an item or may receive an incorrect item.
It is up to you to notify us within 10 business days so we can get the correct or missing items re-shipped in a timely manner. Prices, parts, and in-stock items change often so we apologize in advance, but we insist you open your shipments as they are delivered to ensure you received the correct parts.
If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, you will have to follow the normal return policy procedure. Missing or incorrect items are not our responsibility after 30 days.  "I just got around to opening the box" is not a valid excuse.

Chargebacks:
   All unresolved or potentially fraudulent charge-backs are forwarded to a collection agency or are resolved in small claims court. This could affect your credit.

Q: Why isn't my shipping free?

A: Due to some manufacturer's policies, the weight of some parts, and the need to send items via truck-freight, we can not offer free shipping on some orders. Fluids are also excluded from free shipping. 
Q: Why am I paying sales tax? I don't live in WI! 
A: Pure Diesel Power sells products in every state, as such, we've met a legal threshold requiring us to collect and pay in sales tax in 30+ states nationwide.

Q: I received a damaged item, what do I do?
A: Please contact us immediately! Avoid using this product and try to retain the product(s) in it's original packaging as it arrived and get pictures of the damage/packaging. If you wait longer than 9 days, we may be unable to file a claim.
Q: When is my credit/debit card charged? 
A: Your card gets charged as soon as you submit the order on our web site and receive an order number.

If an item indicated $0.00 as a price, the item may be discontinued or may have an extended backorder. $0.00 doesn't mean the item is "free".
