Pusher intake system for Cummins 5.9L turbo diesel engines in 1991.5-1993 Dodge Ram trucks.

This intake system offers a 77% gain in flow over the factory system. Upgrades the stock 2.5” intake to a full 3" Pusher Intake System on 1991.5-1993 Dodge Cummins trucks. Can be used with or without the factory heater grid like all Pusher intake products for Cummins trucks.

Fully TIG welded, 3" mandrel bent steel tubing with a 1/2" thick flange. Comes standard with two 1/8 inch NPT ports on the back for methanol/water injection, a boost gauge, etc. The intake system includes, 3” intake manifold, 3” driver side intercooler tube, heavy duty 4-ply silicone couplers, stainless t-bolt clamps, instructions, a OEM gasket and hardware, and port plugs. For an additional charge, select powdercoating colors are available on this manifold.

Constructed of 3" mandrel bent tubing, a 1/2" thick flange and 1/4" thick dipstick mounting bracket. Fully TIG welded with precise settings to produce optimal penetration without impacting airflow. 50-200 degrees F drop in EGT's .5-1 MPG increase Increased throttle response Faster turbo spool
