Silber Polaris 16-21 Turbo RZR Heavy Duty Intercooler Core

While we absolutely love the Polaris RZR turbo, we've come across an all too common problem as a result of the poorly constructed OEM intercooler.

In short, the factory intercooler on the Polaris RZR is known to crack and fail, this results in filling your engine with coolant and billowing smoke out your exhaust. We have seen multiple failures on stock machines to full blown race rigs.

We built our intercooler from the ground up, constructing our product out of the highest quality Bell Intercooler core, which is welded to our exclusive Billet end tanks and mounts. Our intercooler is built to be tough and as such does not have quite the cooling efficiency of the stock intercooler. This intercooler was designed as a replacement for the OEM and may not work best on units that have increased horsepower and run in high load situations for an extended period.
