Fits" 3" PPE V-Band Flanges

There is a “quick-release” latch for fast disconnect/reconnect. One-piece FlexLoc Nut. Interlocking 304 stainless flanges + a “deeper outside register” to help seal under high pressure. Built for high-stress environments (e.g., exhaust or turbo systems) — stainless steel resists corrosion.

The quick-release latch allows you to disconnect and reconnect very quickly — useful for systems that you service often (e.g., test setups, modular builds). 304 stainless + FlexLoc nut give good strength and high-temperature durability. The interlocking flanges + deep register help maintain a tight seal under pressure. Stainless means less rust, which is very helpful in exhaust or turbo environments.

Make sure your flanges are designed for a “quick-release” V-band clamp. Not all V-band flanges are interchangeable — the groove geometry matters. As with all V-band clamps, you need to torque it properly; uneven tightening can lead to leaks. Stainless is strong, but repeated dis/reconnect may cause wear on the mating flange surface if not careful.
