HD Series
Fuel Air Separation Systems
The HD Series is the mother of all FASS pumps. The large filter capacity makes this pump untouchable on the pickup truck and the leader in the Class 8 market, where long stays on the road and high volume (up to 260gph) is required. Designed with the versatility to offer superior performance for the pickup and set the standards in the Class 8 market. The HD series provides strength and reliability you can count on even in the most extreme conditions.
* NOTE The vast majority of unmodified Class 8 semi trucks will operate perfectly with our 150gph HD 150G model. Modified vehicles may require the higher flow rates of our HD 220G or our HD 260G models. Other specific fuel rates are also available. Contact us for more information.
* NOTE Class 8 semi trucks with Unit Injected Mechanical (UIM) fuel systems require an additional oil pressure switch (part number 78143) which is included in all of our HD UIM Kits for proper operation. If your truck is equipped with UIM please click Here.
* NOTE Class 8 FASS systems all require fuel line kits for installation. Please visit our Fuel Line Kits page for fitment options.
