Full Force Diesel FFD OBS Powerstroke 7.3 Stage 1 performance injectors increase the performance and horsepower of your 94-97 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke diesel.
These injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower from 50-100hp to the rear wheels with a performance chip.

Each injector comes with a new nozzle, New Tungsten coated plunger and barrel assembly, new springs, and as needed more internal wear parts are replaced if needed. Flow tested and matched down to a 1% variation at idle and wide open flow.

New internal and external O-rings are installed.

Please be sure to choose the flow rate for your injectors. You can choose 160cc or 180cc. The 160cc flow rate is for less smoke and 20-25 hp less than the 180cc option.

180cc vs 160cc:
180cc is the best choice for most OBS trucks. The only time we recommend the 160cc injectors is in high altitude locations or for the customer that don't want a large power increase. The only benefit of the 160cc is the a completely stock OBS truck will see large gains without needed (recommended) exhaust or intake modifications. The stock injectors have an effective flow rate of 90cc.

Tuning Information: New Full Force Low Smoke Tuning. We now offer low smoke *Clean tuning. In a time when clean tuning is more desired we've step up to the plate. The days of "Clouds of Black Smoke" are behind us. We have partnered with a very reputable tuning company for the lowest/minimal smoke with modified injectors while maintaining optimal power output. Normal driving will yield very low smoke levels and very good power. Foot to the floor will make moderate smoke on the highest setting. Results of this custom tuning typically results in very good smoke control but smoke may vary. Tunes included are hi-idle, heavy tow, tow, street, hot street, and extreme. During the order process please indicate any further tune request you may need. HPOP, Transmission, etc. They will be custom written for each truck.

Custom tuned chip: If you don't have a tuner or a chip currently please select a TS chip or Hydra chip. This has to be done to convert the computer to a single shot fuel injector program. All tunes still add the appropriate power. Tunes included (*for most trucks) Heavy Tow, Hi idle, Light tow, Daily, Race and Extreme tunes. Low smoke tunes are tuned custom by our tuner to get the most power with the least amount of black smoke.

Core charge: Every injector set requires a core charge. Please select add core to send your injectors now and refund the money later. Best way to not have down time with your truck. Or sending in first for us to wait and sent your order when we get yours to avoid paying the charge. Sending in first shipping label is we email you a label to get your cores here. (Saves you time and hassle)

Reburn my chip for free: If you have a TS or hydra we'll put our tunes for the injectors on your chip. Leave the add a chip to no thanks. Then select "free reflash" meaning you send us your chip (TS or Hydra) and we reprogram and send it back to you. Hydra email tunes is just that we encrypt the tunes and email them to you to self install. Email tunes Hydra Low Smoke is the custom tuning for minimal smoke also emailed to you.

Core charge required. Please note- a custom tuned chip is required to make these injectors work properly in your truck. We recommend installing new glow plugs when installing injectors. These are easy to change at the same time as the injectors. However valve covers are reusable and should be fine unless the harness is damaged.

Shipping charges include a return label for your cores if you have not selected to send in cores first.
If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores in.
Full Force Diesel does not charge any other fees to repair your core injectors. 

Please note some of the other companies charge for bad parts on top of the sale price and do not use new plungers and barrels in their injectors.
All cores charges are refunded by issuing a check to the customer, with the exception of rusted or coked cores. Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil. Shipping includes a return label for your cores.
