The Fleece Cheetah turbo is definitely a solid choice if your stock turbo on your 2015 Powerstroke has failed. It's built to handle higher boost levels and delivers more power without pushing your engine too hard, which is great if you’re looking to beef up your truck a bit. Plus, it’s designed to fit right in no other changes need to be made.

When you install a Cheetah, there are a couple of upgrades you might consider to get the most out of it:

Exhaust System: Upgrading to a larger diameter exhaust can help reduce back pressure and let your engine breathe better, which is key when you're pushing more air with the new turbo.
Cold Air Intake: More air into the turbo means you need more air coming in. A good cold air intake system can help increase airflow, which complements the turbo upgrade nicely.

Tuner/Programmer: This will help you tweak the engine's settings to optimize performance with the new turbo. You can adjust things like fuel delivery and boost pressure to really dial in the performance you want.

Intercooler: These factory water to air intercoolers are prone to failure with a stock turbo. Forcing more boost through it isn't going to help it's life expectancy. Upgrading the intercooler can help keep the air cooler as it heads into the engine. Cooler air is denser, packing more oxygen into each intake cycle, which can improve combustion and power output. There are several options when it comes to stronger aftermarket intercoolers.

Just make sure any upgrades you do are compatible with each other, and keep an eye on your engine’s health with these beefier parts. If you’re not sure about installing these yourself, a good diesel mechanic can help you out without costing an arm and a leg.
