Our Titanium Signature Series ULTIMATE Electric Heater Kit is for those who desire the absolute best protection against gelled fuel in cold climates. This kit includes both our High Output Electric Heater Disk and Dual Electric Heater Probe Kit, for up to 500 watts of fuel-thawing power! This ULTIMATE Electric Heater Kit is engineered to deliver extremely reliable performance in even the coldest climates.

All the included heating elements will automatically power on when the fuel drops below 34°F and automatically power off when the fuel reaches optimal temperature—preventing the possibility of overheated fuel.

This feature is known as thermostatic control—and makes this a true set-it-and-forget-it upgrade! When powered-on, fuel is heated by the electric heater elements as it enters your FASS Fuel System, preventing gelling of the diesel fuel in the FASS filters. As your FASS Fuel System continually polishes the fuel, it will heat the fuel in the fuel tank, further preventing gelling.

As your truck runs, fuel continues to pass through the heating elements until it reaches the appropriate temperature. Once your fuel is fully thawed and at operating temperature, all the heating elements will automatically power-off.
