Power Driven Diesel Stage 2 CNC Hot Street Ported for 6.0L Powerstroke Cylinder Heads. These Power Stroke cylinder heads start with a new upgraded high nickel casting with a thicker fire deck that reduces flexing and blown head gaskets. They then receive PDD's stage 2 CNC hot street porting program to tremendously increase flow and maintain most of the stock swirl profile for incredible power delivery and a huge increase in EGT control. With 213 CFM intake flow and 162 CFM peak exhaust flow, these heads out-perform the competition with massive gains in high rpm power and substantial mid-range gains in spool-up, and EGT control. The stage 2 hot street port is heavily focused on performance yet still maintains adequate port wall thickness for hot-street use reliability. These heads come standard with upgraded 100 pound valve springs to eliminate valve float at high RPM with elevated boost that comes when running larger than stock aftermarket turbos and aggressive tuning. After porting PDD then utilizes modern Rottler equipment to finish machine each head to meet and/or exceed factory specifications. All heads come standard with 32 hardened valve seats that are finished with a multi-angle valve job for optimal flow and reliable valve seal. New heads are then, surfaced, o-ringed, cleaned, assembled, pressure tested, and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive ready for installation. Stage 2 Hot Street Ported heads are great for tuned-up daily drivers and they are especially suited for hot street trucks.
