The PSC cylinder assist steering kit increases the hydraulic force needed to steer additional axle loads. The modifications to the steering gear and the added steering cylinder makes it much easier to turn the front tires with less effort of the power steering pump and driver.

• Dampens load to steering box

Steering notes: This system will not correct any ill handling issues the vehicle may already have on the street. Only provides additional steering force when needed. Do not expect steering to be exactly the same as it was before the modifications. You should expect less steering effort at slow speeds and at higher speeds you will notice steering will not respond as fast in panic type situations. PSC does also suggest the positive caster be increased over stock settings to help track better at highway speeds.
