The XDP X-TRA Cool Direct-Fit HD Intercooler XD407 is the perfect upgrade for your 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. Like all XDP X-TRA Cool products, the HD Intercooler is a direct-fit and is designed to mount in place of your factory intercooler with zero modifications. The X-TRA Cool HD Intercooler is manufactured using a rugged bar and plate core, providing incredible strength.

X-TRA Cool Direct-Fit HD Intercoolers are designed for a simple install. Simply swap the XDP X-TRA Cool Intercooler for your factory unit and re-use all your stock plumbing, brackets, and mounts.
Not only is the HD Intercooler built stronger than your stock intercooler, it can withstand more pressure! Each unit has 100% TIG welded end tanks and the intercooler core is a bar and plate design that offers superior durability and reliability.
