99-07 Ford 7.3L 6.0L Powerstroke Fleece SureFlo Performance Sending Unit (Long Bed)

Fleece's SureFlo Performance Sending unit is designed as a drop-in replacement for 1999-2007 Ford 7.3/6.0L Powerstroke trucks. It is used to repair malfunctioning fuel level senders or to facilitate running custom fuel lines directly to the tank. The SureFlo unit works with aftermarket lift pumps and features factory-style quick connect fittings for a clean installation without cutting or drilling the tank. 

SureFlo performance sending units are designed to work with aftermarket lift pumps and feature factory style quick connect fittings to adapt your stock fuel lines at the tank, giving you the cleanest installation available and requiring no cutting or drilling of the tank. Unlike the OE fuel senders that only use a pickup tube, the SureFlo works by drawing fuel from and returning fuel to the bucket assembly at the base of the unit. This ensures you are always drawing fuel into your pump and not drawing air into the fuel system, eliminating the dreaded ¼ tank problems. The SureFlo bucket also incorporates one way check valves that allow fuel to easily flow in at low levels.
