The MBRP S6212SLM is a 4-inch T409 stainless turbo-back exhaust in a no-muffler configuration for 2003-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with the 6.0L Power Stroke. It is built from mandrel-bent T409 stainless. MBRP mandrel-bends the downpipe and tailpipe with minimal bend-degree angles, which cuts backpressure and helps the 6.0L breathe - mandrel bending keeps the tubing from rippling at each bend, unlike cheaper crush-bent pipe. The 3.5-inch downpipe joins the 4-inch tailpipe just ahead of the transmission cross member, a routing choice that avoids removing the cross member during installation. T409 stainless construction resists rust and oxidation even in harsh climates.
