17-19 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Turbo Hardware Kit

Fits: 2017-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke 

The kit is a genuine OEM (or OEM-equivalent) part, intended for a “drop-in” replacement turbo install. 

• Turbo-to-pedestal seal (pedestal = the turbo mounting pedestal)
• Pedestal-to-engine gasket/seal
• Exhaust/turbo flange gaskets (exhaust flange gaskets) for the up-pipe/down-pipe, depending on turbo design
• V-band clamps (or other clamps as needed) for securing the turbo to the exhaust/pipe connections
• Installation bolts/hardware to mount the turbo and connect the pipes (various studs/bolts as required)
• You are installing a new or remanufacture turbo on a 2017-2019 6.7 L Powerstroke. Without fresh gaskets and clamps, exhaust or boost leaks, or improper sealing, can cause poor performance, boost loss, or even damage.
• You are removing and reinstalling a turbo (for rebuild, maintenance, or repair). Old gaskets/clamps often stretch, crack, or lose sealing ability after heat cycles — reusing them isn’t recommended.
• Your old turbo was leaking exhaust, oil, or boost (typical signs: soot around flange, oil leaks, loss of power, abnormal turbo whistle or exhaust smoke) — replacing all hardware with a kit like this ensures a clean, leak-free reinstall.
