Hybrid 238cc performance injectors give more fuel and required less high pressure oil thanks to the hybrid plunger and barrel design of the injectors. Hybrid injectors are called "hybrid" because they use a larger plunger and barrel assembly from it's big cousin. This plunger has a larger surface area to move more fuel during the same stroke without needing more hpop oil pressure. 
In the 99-03 Powerstroke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases up to 500 hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design.

Be sure to choose the nozzle size for you new injectors. The 30% nozzle is great for low smoke applications with approximately 20hp less than the larger nozzles. The 80% nozzle has slightly less smoke than the 100% but they are identical in power.

New internal and external O-rings are installed.
