  The BD-Power 1027343 Remote Mount Exhaust Brake for your 2013-2017 Dodge 6.7L Cummins is the strongest in the industry! Descending grades with trailers can be hazardous and tricky situations, resulting in over heated service and trailer brakes, that leads to brake fade, excessive wear, and costly unwarranted repairs. 

  This exhaust brake kit allows you to keep the exhaust braking feature after the stock VGT Turbocharger has been removed and an aftermarket one has been put it in its place. This Exhaust Brake has been designed to be controlled by ECM just like the stock VGT turbocharger meaning it is controlled by the switch already in your dash. All of the features of the original brake including the cold weather warm-up feature, cruise control compatibility and the brake release on downshifts to reduce transmission wear will all still work. This kit comes complete with a control module and wiring harness to plug in where the stock turbocharger connected, this means there is no splicing into stock wiring, no wiring through the firewall and a much cleaner installation.

Note: This exhaust brake is not for use on trucks with a stock turbo, it is designed for use on trucks that have an aftermarket non-vgt turbocharger. Your truck must already have an in-dash exhaust brake switch.
