This is a 2004.5-2007 5.9L Commonrail Cummins Diesel Bosch Fuel Injector, that has been remanufactured by the same company who built it new, Bosch. It is as close to a NEW injector as you can get, and Bosch holds the highest quality standards and strictest tolerances of anyone that rebuilds these injectors.

Dodge puts 10 micron fuel filters in the Cummins motor of you truck. Your injectors need a 2 micron filter to keep all of the gunk in your fuel out of them. Many people do not even get to 50k miles before they have a problem caused by fuel contamination.

Another common problem for these injectors are cracks caused by a rail pressure box. If you are using an aftermarket power enhancement and it plugs into the rail pressure, chances are its a pressure box. There are very few rail pressure boxes that are a small enough amount of pressure to be safe, so use them at your own risk. Even some downloaders have the ability to raise pressure.
