DFC engines have been re-manufactured to factory specs using all new industry recognized name brand parts that meet and exceed OEM specifications. The block has been professionally machined and bored for use with the next over-sized piston.

All New OEM or equivalent pistons, rings, and gaskets are used to ensure quality and consistency of our engines. DFC Re-manufactured Cylinder Heads have all new seats, guides, valves, and stem seals as well as being resurfaced and magnafluxed.

Long Block Assembly Includes:

·         Complete short block assembly and gaskets, plus cylinder head

·         All rockers/pushrods preset to factory specs

·         Complete Top End gasket kit to complete install.

Compatible with manual & automatic transmissions

Replacement engine suggested parts list

·         Oil Cooler - required and mandatory if your old engine had bearing failure

·         Injectors - suggested on higher mileage engines or engines that had contaminated fuel

·         Turbo - suggested if mileage is over 125k, required if shaft play

·         Water Pump - suggested if over 125k miles

Shipment Notice: $500 crate charge is included in the core charge; engine crate must be returned with core engine to receive full core refund/ credit.
