94-98 Dodge Bosch P7100 AFC Housing Rubber Diaphragm

Is your truck extremely low on power, and now drive like a strong 7.3L Powerstroke?

If so, there's a possibility the diaphragm in your AFC (air fuel control) housing is torn. It doesn't happen very often, but it is possible. To verify, you can remove the AFC from your truck and apply 15-25PSI of shop air to the boost reference port. If the AFC foot DOES NOT move at all, your AFC diaphragm is probably torn. Some people (silly ones would be our guess) call this a Membrane as well.
