Stage 5 Transmission features:

  • Precision Industries Billet Triple Disc ML Converter ​(Provided Torque Converter Bolts must be used or damage may occur)
    • The Precision ML series is our #1 selling converter. An excellent choice for customers who primarily use their trucks for heavy towing, daily driving, and occasional drag racing or sled pulling. Performs great with stock or modified turbo's. Stall speed is very similar to stock approximately 1900 rpm. Its proprietary Triple Billet design makes it virtually indestructible.
  • Altos High Friction Performance Clutches (C1-C5)
      • ​Other builds on the market only provide C1-C4 Clutch Packs, We add the C5 pack at no extra cost to make this build the most complete on the market.
    • Valve Body Upgrades
      • ​Transgo Shift Kit (2001-2010 Trucks)
      • Transgo Boost Valve Regulator Upgrade (2001-2010 Trucks)
      • Ratiotek Valve Body Upgrade Kit (All Years)
    • Allison Performance C2 Hub
      • ​Designed to improve fluid flow and lubrication for the C2 and C3 clutches. 
      • Lack of lubrication causes premature clutch wear especially when power has been increased.
    • Billet PTO Covers with Stainless Steel Bolt

Optional Performance Billet Shafts:

  • Billet Output Shaft
    • We recommend upgrading this output shaft for customers who will be doing boosted launches with high HP.
  • Billet Main Shaft
    • We only recommend this intermediate/main shaft for those customers who will be producing over 1000HP and be racing most of the time.
    • Made from 9310 Vacumelt Steel Billets
    • Black oxided to reduce corrosion and ease of identification
    • Heat Treated for added  Strength
    • Shaft is precision ground
    • Made in the USA
  • Billet Input Shaft
    • We recommend upgrading this input/turbine shaft for any customer towing making around 800HP.
    • Made from 9310 Vacumelt Steel Billets
    • Machined with larger radius turbine spline as compared to the OEM for added strength
    • 90 Degree chamfers removed for increase strength
    • Shot peened for increased strength
    • Black oxided to reduce corrosion and ease of identification
    • Heat Treated for added Strength
    • Shaft is precision ground
    • Made in the USA

DmaxStore Note:

  • This is a custom order part, once it has been processed, it CANNOT be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • Please keep your transmission cooler line fittings and inspection cover from your core transmission.

Core Charge: $1950.00 is for the Allison Transmission, Torque Converter, and the Shipping Container it comes in. Cores will be inspected once received and the refund may be deducted if there is any damage to the hard parts. Customer is responsible for core return shipping.
