The HSP Cold Air Intake Bundle is a bundle kit that we made featuring the parts you will need to get the maximum amount of performance out of your cold air intake setup on your LMM Duramax. This will allow you to know that you are leaving nothing on the table when it comes to having the best performing under your hood.

Tell us about the Cold Air Intake that comes in the HSP Cold Air Intake Bundle

The LMM is a powerful engine right out of the box however we see far too often that the intake on these engines is just lacking. Now HSP Diesel knows that we need to have an intake that can keep up with everything that we are demanding from these engines. We have done this because we have increased the intake tubing size to 4 ½” and mandrel-bent the tubing. What this has done for us is increased the amount of air that we can bring into the tube and with our bends the way they are we have decreased the turbulence of that airflow. Our HSP Diesel heatshield prevents the intake from bringing in hot air from the engine bay. All of this together means that you have the ability to bring in more air that is cooler and has a better path of flow to make the most power.

Tell us about the VGT Mouthpiece that comes in the HSP Cold Air Intake Bundle

The factory mouthpiece on the LMM is not the greatest. We see often that people will put in a great cold air intake like the HSP Diesel version but then leave the stock mouthpiece. This causes problems because the intake is able to pull in more air but the mouthpiece can not keep up with that increased flow. This is why the HSP Diesel VGT Mouthpiece that comes in the HSP Cold Air Intake Bundle is made with better bends, larger design, and is hand fitted to create the best piece possible. When the Mouthpiece is paired with the Cold Air Intake that combo can move the air that it demands the first time.
