Replace the exhaust manifold in your 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax with the XDP Driver Side High-Flow Exhaust Manifold XD342. The XD342 has an unrestricted high-flow design that eliminates the "dented" or "kinked" driver side exhaust manifold that comes factory equipped on the 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax powered trucks. On the 2011-2016 LML models this manifold is a direct-replacement for the LML trucks as they already come with the high-flow style exhaust manifold. Each manifold features a durable cast construction and includes the gaskets and hardware needed for installation.
