04.5-10 GM 6.6L Duramax DHD Aluminum Fuel Return Manifold Kit

These fuel return manifolds are the perfect solution for simplifying the injector fuel return on 2004-5-2010 Duramax trucks. This kit is ultra high-flow and works well with twin CP3 high fuel volume performance trucks. The tube is threaded 1/8NPT on both ends so plumbing options are endless. 

Tube Kit Includes:

-(2) Anodized Black or Polished Aluminum Fuel Tubes

-(8) Pre-Installed Billet Injector Return Fittings and O-Rings

-(2) 1/8"NPT Socket Head Tube Plugs

Note: Due to endless variations in return plumbing and routing, this kit does not include any fittings or hoses beyond the 2 provided 1/8" NPT plugs.

Note: We have not confirmed fitment on stock trucks with stock engine accessories and engine mounting. Its likely there may be interference on FICM equipped trucks as well as space limitations at the drivers side firewall area. 

Note: The tube structure of these rails could be shortened and rethreaded by the end user for certain applications. Modifications to the rail are the responsibility of the end user and are not warranted by DHD.
