The Industrial Injection 40% over Race 3 Injectors start out as a genuine stock re-manufactured injector from the factory then have been extrude honed and balanced to a perfect matching set injectors that flow 28LPM. The Race 3 40% over injectors should be ran with one of our Phatshaft turbos or our compound turbo setups to run more efficiently and to help reduce EGTs. We Also recommend a CP3 upgrade like our 85% over Dragon Fire Pump or Dual CP3 Kit. This is a 100% OEM Reman Injector directly from the factory themselves simply sold and modified by us here at Industrial Injection.

These injectors come with a new copper crush washer and o-rings for installation. Injectors are an OEM Genuine part that is a direct replacement injector.

When replacing the injectors in your LB7 Duramax we highly recommend replacing the injector fuel lines to avoid new injector contamination. The most common failure of new injector installations is contamination and the problem that we see most on these comes from the fuel lines.

NOTE: Fuel Lines MUST be replaced or sent in for cleaning to retain warranty!
