This Dayco 89259 Automatic Belt Tensioner is designed and manufactured to outperform other aftermarket belt tensioners. This Belt Tensioner is built with a flat wire spring that allows the internal tension to provide constant tension. The heavy duty cast aluminum spring case is highly resistant to rust and premature cracking to provide a long service life. This belt tensioner also comes with a Deflected Arm Plate that decreases rotational movement and extends tensioner life.
