Position Description: You’re reliable, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail. You’ll maintain and update product listings on our web site, along with making design changes and minor code changes to an Open cart based site.
Major Responsibilities Include:
  • Administrating the web site
  • Updating pricing and product descriptions
  • Taking product photos
  • Editing product pictures
  • Diagnosing and repairing PCs and network devices
  • Printer troubleshooting
Other Skills and Abilities:
  • Self-motivated, excellent team skills, & positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to quality and the timely completion of work.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn SEO

  • Automotive background would be a plus, but is not required.
  • Ability to conduct basic and intermediate troubleshooting, read and understand logs
  • Experience with basic routing and switching principles
  • Ability to do basic troubleshooting of SIP/PBX IP-Communications systems
  • Google workspace administration experience
  • Proficient In MS office and Google workspace suite
  • Basic Knowledge of intelligent caching systems and Web Application Firewalls (Cloud Flare)

Pure Diesel Power is searching for a motivated Bookkeeper who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and filing sales reports with the appropriate states. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.

It would be preferred if you have an understanding of basic Accounting principles and proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Excel or Quickbooks. You should be trustworthy, efficient, and organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Reporting sales tax and sales reports to multiple states
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

SKILLS

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Accounting degree education preferred
  • 1 year or more of accounting experience preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs
  • Excellent 10-key skills
  • Typing speed minimum 40 WPM
  • Proficiency with Windows operating system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job description

Primary job: Purchasing Assistant you are responsible for supporting business operations by ordering products from the suppliers who have the best pricing/availability. Also, your duties include maintaining relationships with Suppliers, Vendors or Wholesalers, placing orders for products based on current inventory needs and tracking shipments from manufacturing locations to retail stores or company warehouses.

Requirements:

  • Must have good experience working on a computer
  • Good attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Accounting/Purchasing manager to run the purchasing department
  • Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
  • Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities
  • Signing and reviewing purchasing agreements with vendors, monitoring their performance and renegotiating contracts
  • Using quarterly and annual data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management
  • Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
  • Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
  • Conducting ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors
  • Help Customer Service answer phones as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based off experience
