Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Perform data entry tasks to process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Proficient in English language (both written and verbal)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with empathy
