Fly cutting is a machining Process we use to add Piston to valve Clearance, when using High lift camshaft.

Chamfering:

Skirt and Top Coating:

PDM’s Ceramic Piston Skirt Coating, is designed to be used, on any rigid or semi rigid surface experiencing sliding, rotating or oscillating friction.
