83-94 Ford 6.9L/7.3L IDI Diesel PDP Conversion Fuel Filter Head

This is a direct replacement for a 6.9L IDI diesel and will install with no modifications. For installation on a 7.3 IDI, it will require 2 longer bolts to mount to bracket and an early style(6.9) return line kit. This filter head will get rid of the often leaky fuel heater and 'overflow' line, and will only use the factory Schrader valve.

Notes:

• Wix 33380 is for use on 7.3L Fuel Filter/Water Separator with drain (Not a factory filter)
• Wix 33811 is a 6.9L Fuel Filter only (standard 6.9L filter)
• Schraeder valve port sizes seem to vary on 7.3L trucks.. Some are 1/8 npt and some are smaller M8 like the 6.9L... Please check and select above accordingly. 1/8 npt plugs are easily sourced locally, whereas M8 plugs are not.
